Built in October 2006, this luxury villa is in the picturesque village of Peyia, 2km from the beautiful Coral Bay area and 15 minutes drive from Paphos town. It is fully air conditioned with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private pool and superb views.

Property Details

This newly built villa has been beautifully furnished and equipped to offer a high standard of accomodation. Located in the popular town of Peyia close to the beautiful resort of Coral Bay, with its variety of shops, bars and restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches.

The location provides a convenient base to explore the Paphos area. Set in a dominant position on a small, attractive development of private villas and apartments, the villa has 4 bedrooms and will comfortably accommodate 8 persons.

The open plan living area features a large lounge and dining room which are tastefully furnished and decorated. The lounge is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, Playstation, Radio/CD and iPod docking station. The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Two upstairs bedrooms have en-suite facilities, with bedroom 3 having access to the main house bathroom. Bedroom 4 is downstairs with access to the w/c. All upstairs bedrooms feature patio doors leading to private balconies with sea and mountain views.

Outside
To the outside there is a patio area and BBQ with tables and seating for 8. Sun loungers are set out in an extensive sunbathing area around the large private pool (26ft x 13ft) and shade is provided by a parasol if required.

The pool and surrounding area can be illuminated to provide a wonderful area for relaxing in the evening.

Coast/Beach
Coral Bay resort and beaches are a 5 minute drive (approx 2km) away. The gently sloping sands offer an ideal location for young families, whilst the water sports centre provides plenty of excitement for the more energetic holiday makers.

Skiing
The Troodos Mountain Range is a 2 hour drive away. The highest peak is Mount Olympus at 6154ft. There are 4 main slopes all with lifts, from beginner to advance. Skiing lasts from January through to April allowing you to ski in the morning and be back for a swim in the afternoon! In the summer, the Troodos mountains provide breathtaking walks with magnificent views surrounded by olive groves and cypress trees.

Travel
Paphos International airport is a 30 minute drive and the use of a hire car when visiting Cyprus is highly recommended.

Distances
Paphos town, with its shops, tourist attractions and beautiful harbour is approximately 14km away (approx. a 15 minute drive).

Further details
20 minute walk to centre of village with supermarket, bakery, butchers, tavernas and restaurants.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Minimum stay 1 week. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure together with a £200 refundable key and breakages deposit. Breakages should be replaced wherever possible or paid for on return. Insurance - you are advised to make your own insurance arrangements and note that booking deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Air-conditioning is charged at CY£10 per day, payable locally.
