From our terrace you can watch (other) golfers hook, slice or get lucky, as they tee off on the par 3. If you do not enjoy the pleasures of golf yourself, this is still a very nice place to be. A perfect place for your summer holiday rental. As a matter of fact, all year and all seasons are nice here. Nice freshwater pool and tennis at your disposal a 1 minute walk away from villa. When you rent, you will enjoy benefits of REDUCED GREENFEE to one of the finest championship golf courses in Europe. Nice clubhouse with a well renowned restaurant is a mere 10 minute walk away from our villa. We are on the premises of the prestigious Royal Mougins Golf Resort. A semi private golf resort a few minutes drive from the old village of Mougins renowned for its galleries and restaurants.15 minutes away from 'la Croisette' and beaches of Cannes, and 30 minutes from Nice airport. It is ideally situated close to Cannes,Nice, Grasse, Antibes and Saint Paul Du Vence. Saint-Tropez and Monaco within a reasonable drive. Skiing? : 50 km to the winter sport resort of Gréolières les Neiges, and 110km to Isola 2000. Mougins area is rich in cultural heritage with countless museums, galleries and a vast array of restaurants. Many sport and leisure opportunities close by, including beaches, yachting, petanque, tennis, horseback riding and skiing. More than 12 golf courses within a 45 min’s drive. Did we mention the REDUCED GREENFEE to one of the finest championship golf courses in Europe, designed by renowned architect, Robert von Hagge. Practise putting green 15 m away!

Rental Policy

We agree on your period of rental, and a deposit. Before you deposit anything you will receive a contract, in order to secure your vacation.

Arrival Times

Saturday after 3pm, or as we agree. You leave again Saturday 10am, so we have time to clean the villa.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

During 'season' we can arrange a special reduced price of normal rate minus 20% for week-end stays. Wednesday to Saturday, or Thursday to Sunday. Based on availability only, and expect rather late confirmation. Tell me what you want, and I will try and fit you in. Also if you want to extend your stay until perhaps Sunday i.s.o. Saturday. After you decide when you want to rent, You email us. We will agree on deposit and I have an email prepared for you within short, in which I will explain everything. You can also expect a written contract, in order to secure your vacation.
