My condo is located at Windsor Palms resort, a gated, private resort community in Kissimmee, Florida. It is literally 5 minutes, or 2 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World. As our guest, you will have full access to all of the resort amenities including the clubhouse, heated Olympic sized swimming pool, children¡¯s swimming pool, hot tub, game room, gym, movie theater, playground, BBQ and picnic area, tennis courts, basketball, and volleyball. The equipment (balls and rackets) is supplied by the resort. They also have a shuttle bus to the theme parks for a fee and you can get the details and bus schedule at the clubhouse sundry shop.

I take a lot of pride in my condo at Windsor Palms resort, 2304 Silver Palm Drive, Unit #101, Kissimmee, FL 34747. The condo is clean, fully furnished and is a ground floor corner unit. There are no elevators to the second or third floors, so this makes moving your luggage and groceries very convenient. There will be starter soap, toilet paper and shampoo, but you will need to replenish as you finish these items. There is a sundry shop in the clubhouse that sells these items, and a large grocery store is conveniently located just down the road from the resort.

The master bedroom has a TV, king size bed, full bath, and an extra large closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a TV and VCR, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a living room with a couch and love seat, TV and DVD player, and sliding glass doors to the screened patio seating area. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dish washer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, can opener, garbage disposal, dishes and glasses, pots and pans, utensils, etc, a large dining room, and a washer and dryer in the hallway closet. There is a second full bath in the hallway. The unit is quite spacious at over 1,400 square feet of living space. I recently installed wireless high speed internet access and a DVD player.

Windsor Palms resort is a 5-star, secure environment for you and your family and only guests of the resort are allowed entry. There is also 24 hour security at the resort. The guard at the gatehouse can help you locate my unit when you arrive at Windsor Palms.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

$89 PER NIGHT. There is a $200 per week deposit required. 13% Florida state tax not included. There is a $75 cleaning fee for any stay of 6 nights or less. If you stay 5 nights or more, the cleaning fee is waived.
