Kitchen has Fridge, Range/Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Toaster Oven, Coffee Maker, Eating Bar, Blender, Dishwasher,
Dishes, Glasses & Cutlery, Pots and Pans.

A small cozy community with all the relaxing features of a vacation resort. Feel free to take a dip in the pool, have a quick game of tennis or shuffleboard, or if the suns feeling warm come inside for a game of billiards, foosball, table tennis, or watch a little TV.

Rental Policies

This is a NON SMOKING unit.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests is
limited to six (6) persons.
PETS are permitted in units only with prior approval. $100 per pet fee applies.
PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required upon reservation. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date. If your arrival date is less than 30 days the entire rent is required upon reservation.

If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
