A private south-facing screened lanai and pool ensures the best of the sun whatever the time of year and overlooks a pine copse, we have planted shrubs down the side of the pool - giving greater privacy. There is also a trellis on the lower screen. Bask in the sun and watch the butterflies and dragonflies flitting from the flowers on our shrubs, and see the occasional hawk hovering in the sky. HOT TUB / SPA - soak your aches away in the relaxing bubbles.
Don't forget to look out for the possums, raccoons, rabbits & armadillos - and quite a few more you might not know!

Rolling Hills is located just past marker 5 on the 192 at the Formosa Gardens Estates which is shortly after the Formosa Gardens Shopping Plaza. Established as one of the premiere locations for the Orlando area, it is a small, friendly community with only 292 villas on it. Rolling Hills is only a few minutes from Disney, 10/15 to Sea World, 15/20 to Universal and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. This villa is in a quiet and peaceful location where you can rest away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks, and yet in minutes you can sample everything that has made Florida the holiday and vacation centre of the world.

We are not the cheapest but we are one of the nearest! Staying at a location such as ours cuts down the time you spend in your car and gives you more time chilling out with the mouse! You can also come back at lunch for a rest and a swim in the pool -and return in time re-charged for the evening.

Alternatively you may like to visit the surrounding areas and get away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. Within a few minutes drive you can be out in the country heading for places such as Mount Dora with it's unique charm and fabulous lakeside panoramic views, or the Gulf or Atlantic Coast.
