With shop, cafe and bar beside you the village is a mile from the main Split, Dubrovnik road ensuring a safe and peaceful haven for your holiday. The apartment is tiled throughout and fully air conditioned. The master bedroom is en-suite with a double bed and a private balcony. The second bedroom has a double and single bed and the third bedroom two single beds. A sofa bed in the living area can sleep 2 more people. With a new fully fitted kitchen incl. Fridge/Freezer, oven, microwave and hob. Even better the spacious living and dining area opens out to a furnished large and private balcony the ideal place to start each day.In the evening relax and enjoy an uninterupted view of the Islands and watch the small boats night fishing on Komarna bay.



Geographically Komarna is 5 miles north of Neum in Croatia set into the coast in the natural bay that is Komarna Bay. It is set about a mile off the Dubrovnik to Split road and approx. half way between the two. The village is a quiet fishing village with shops, bars, cafes and restaurants within a 50 metre walking distance. The vllage is backdropped by an impressive untamed mountain range withlocal vineyards at the foot os the hills. The area is very rich in culture and a day trip to the olde town of Dubovnik and Ston are highly recommended. The apartment is airconditioned and has external shuttering on all windows so it is very comfortable on even the hottest days. The apartment is first floor on the shore and is just 12 steps from the Adriatic. The apatrment has access to an indoor pool from June to September and a Gym for a small additional charge. Opuzen a small town is 15 minutes by car and Metkovic and Ploce about 30 minutes. Transport to and from the airport can be arranged.



The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, ample storage space and has a private shade balcony. It is an en-suite room with electric shower and toilet. The second room sleeps 3 people with a double and single bed again with ample storage space. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and a cot. Both the second and third bedrooms are beside a bathroom with electric shower and toilet. The apartment is tiled throughout and all windows have full shuttering to ensure shade in the day and darkness at night.
Off the main living space is a private balcony to the apartment with superb and uninterrupted views of the Adriatic, the islands and Komarna Bay. On the balcony there is outdoor furniture making it the ideal place to enjoy your breakfast as you get ready to enjoy another great day in Komarna !
The apartment is service and cleaned every week (even when unoccupied) by a locally dedicated team .
