The cares of daily life will melt away once you step onto the second floor master suite deck. With 360° panoramic view of red rock mountains and pine forests. What will strike you is the quiet. The hum of city life is replaced by the sound of a multitude of wildlife. In fact, during your stay you may see bobcats, mountain lions, coyotes or javalina on the red rock ridges in the back of the home. Enjoy a cool beverage on the two large patio decks and listen to the sounds of wildlife. To the south, you'll enjoy views of green cool pines and mountains.

Sedona Castle combines fine resort-like accommodations with beautiful Morrocan-inspired style furnishings, blended together they make this home truly an experience to remember.

Rental Policies

Reservations may be placed by phone up to one year in advance.
Minimum stay is two (2) nights.

When you reserve you will be e-mailed a rental agreement along with any additional materials pertaining to your particular rental which are to be returned with requested down payment via U.S Mail within 7 days if renting more than a month in the furture and via fax if renting within 30 days.

A credit card is mandatory to hold all reservations.

Reservations are confirmed only after we receive a $200.00 down payment and a completed and signed rental agreement. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

A $50.00 security deposit protector is required on all rentals and is due thirty days before your arrival along with final payment. This fee is in lieu of a refundable security deposit and is not negotiable.

All monies charged to a credit card are subject to a 3% convenience fee.

Entire balance is required 30-days prior to arrival.

If renting within 30-days, the total must be charged to a credit card, which will include a 3% convenience fee.

No refunds on cancellations of 30 days or less.

There is a $135.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.

Check-in: After 3:00 PM

Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

Rates are subject to change without notice.

No pets allowed without approval of owners.

No smoking inside any home at anytime.

Please understand that every effort is made to see that you arrive to an immaculate home. Some settling of dust may have occurred in the event the home has been vacant for more than a few days.

$189.95 to $214.50 per day
$949.95 to $1,099.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information
