Deposits & Refunds

To reserve the apartment, full payment and *security deposit must be made no later than three weeks (21 days) prior to your arrival (check-in date).

If you cancel your reservation before three weeks (21 days) of your arrival, your rent payment and security deposit will be returned in full.

If you cancel your reservation within the three weeks, 1 to 20 days before your arrival, your security deposit will be returned in full. Sorry, but your rent payment will not be returned because of a short notice of cancellation.

A standard short-term rental agreement will be forwarded to you before any payment is expected.


* A $250.00 fully refundable security deposit is required. This security deposit is to insure the apartment is well kept along with the contents of the home. Security deposit is due with rent payment.

Private Apartment Rental: 2 bedroom, 1 bath, livingroom & fully equiped kitchen.

Sleeps up to 7 (1 Queen, bunkbed with Full and Twin, Full Fouton)

Weekly Rate: 7 nights, $500.00 for 4,
please add $25.00 a week for each add'l guest.

Will rent for short stay too: $80.00 a night, 2 night minimum.

We're located on the border of Aguadilla and Isabella, just off Route 110, in a private residential neighborhood surrounded by well kept homes.

In less than 5 minutes you can be at your choice of local beaches. One is “Jobos” a world famous surfing beach. Visit other beaches such as "Shack's, Wilderness and Crashboat".

To reserve the apartment, full payment and security deposit of $250.00 must be made no later than three weeks (21 days) prior to your arrival (check-in date).
