$1,950.00 to $2,950.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Holidays (Christmas / New Years / Thanksgiving, etc) are $500
higher.

Payment via credit card, personal check, money order. A
security deposit of $1000 is required and refundable within 15 days
of check out. All funds must be received 45 days prior to stay. A
cancellation fee of 50% of rental fee is charged if cancellation
occurs within 30 days prior to stay. 11% local tax added to total
rental amount.
