Clean, quiet, excellently managed two-family duplex immediately next to the ocean on 16th Street in Beach Haven. Excellent ocean views from both floors. 1st Floor has 3BRs, 2nd Floor has 2 BRs, both with LR, DR, Kitchen, Laundry and spacious decks!

Located 30' from the beach, 2nd from the ocean on 16th Street in N. Beach Haven. Very clean, quiet and well managed. We personally inspect and attend to our property every Saturday during the rental season to insure cleanliness and a smooth changeover. We handle our own rentals and rent to families as opposed to groups of young people. The neighborhood is quiet, residential and respectful of other families. You will not be disappointed with this rental. Most of our bookings are repeat tenants, year after year. We even furnish an ample supply of free Beach Badges for your use!

The 1st Floor Apartment is actually the middle floor shown in the photos. The 20'x30' ground-floor deck in back is included with this apartment and features a picnic table, lounge chairs, outside shower, laundry room and Weber gas grille. Top floor is also available.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday. $300 Hold Deposit which later becomes your Security Deposit. An amount equal to 50% of the rental amount is due February 1, 2008 and the remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to your arrival. We have many repeat tenants who "roll over" their Security Deposits for the next year, therefore, please check our website for up-to-date information.
