Our home is located in Cudjoe Gardens, an elite Keys residential neighborhood of primarily ground level homes. It is on the Ocean side of Cudjoe Key, just before mile marker 21. As we're located on a wide, deep water canal, you'll have excellent access to the Atlantic and Gulf. Cudjoe Marina and Dive Center which is located is at the end of our canal.

You will be in one of the most beautiful places in the world. From the back porch, you step directly onto your boat. In fact, since we are ground level you will feel like you are living on a boat. Everything you need is close to the house. Eat and drink at some of the wonderful local restaurants within minutes of the house. Key West is less than 18 miles away and offers all the entertainment anyone could want.

It is 18 miles from the Key West International Airport, 29 miles from the Marathon Airport and about 120 miles from the Miami International Airport.

From the moment you enter your private garden gate you will experience paradise. Our private Spa and Palm Garden invite you to relax and enjoy the tropical breeze. There is even a misting system to cool you on those extra hot days. From your very private back porch, watch the water, grill a fresh lobster or fish, read a book, step right into your boat or jump into the beautiful canal. Eat and drink at some of the wonderful local restaurants within minutes of the house. Key West is less than 20 miles away and offers all the entertainment anyone could want.

The apartment also has its own kitchen and livingroom, complete with entertainment system. The large 10' by 35' porch is waterfront and includes a wet bar and patio furniture. The apartment has a separate porch and is adjacent to the our beautiful PalmGarden. A brand new 47 jet Spa is South Garden setting overlooking our waterfront. The 120' wide seawall with swim ladder offers great sunsets and plenty of room for your boat.
