Conveniently located in historical Santa Croce district,this recently
restored apartment is at 5 min. walk from Piazza Santa Croce,7 min.
walk from the Accademia and its David,10 min. walk from the Duomo and
15 min.walk from the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio.
The Apartment has 2 large bedrooms,2 full bathrooms and a
fully-equipped kitchen.The 2 bedrooms and kitchen come with fully
independent air conditioners so that you can heat one room while you
cool the other.The brand new heating system keeps the apartment at a
set temperature set on cold days.All rooms,including bathrooms and
kitchen have silent and efficient air-extractors.The
apartment is fully WI-FI connected all 24 hours at an average speed of
3-4 Mbs.You can receive and make calls(only with a phone card)from the
landline.Complimentary Cordless and mobile phone.
Every room comes with king size bed and a foldable pouf-bed that
conveniently turns into a guest bed (as shown in pictures on request).
One room comes with en-suite bathroom,including a
hairdryer,sink,bidet,wc and shower.The other full bathroom comes with
hairdryer,sink,bidet,wc,a mosaic-tiled niche bathtub-shower and a
hidden 10-line clothes line for laundry.
The kitchen comes with air conditioner,2 round sinks on a large
kitchen top,Wash-and-Dry machine,dishwasher,stove,4 gas cookers,
microwave,large fridge set including 5 freezer compartments.Fold out

The lively district of Santa Croce in Firenze will surprise you with
its wealth of monuments,historical
buildings,cafès,clubs,venues,discos,theatres and restaurants.Every
hour of the day (and night)you can discover an enticing new piece of
this multi-cultural jigsaw.In Dante's and Michelangelo's "quartier
nostro"(our neighborhood)the list of museums and libraries available
is almost endless,as is its new and youthful multi-cultural population.
The world-largest Franciscan church,along with the Synagogue and the
Islamic centre are all located in the Santa Croce quarter.
Sant'Ambrogio market(open 7-2pm from Monday to Saturday)provides the best bargains in town when it comes to fresh food,clothing and home
accessories.A large part of the district is still off the beaten
tourist track so that you'll have a real chance to eat,drink and enjoy
the area with the locals.

To secure your reservation send the EUR 200 Security Deposit via PayPal.
Security Deposit will be returned on check-out assuming no damage or loss.

Taxi transfer refund on arrival from the main train station,
Taxi booking on check-out,
banking commission and taxes.

EUR 200 Security Deposit

(Security deposit will be returned on check-out assuming no
damage or loss.)

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Booking Procedure:

To secure the reservation send the EUR 200 Security deposit via PayPal.

Once the payment is received your dates will be blocked and
your reservation will be confirmed.

A booking confirmation and an information note regarding the
apartment and the district will be sent to your e-mail address.

Balance can be settled upon:

1.Cash Payment on arrival in order to collect the keys.

2.Wire Payment to bank account via IBAN no later than 15 days prior to
arrival.

3.PayPal payment up to 15 days prior to arrival.

In case of cancellation all the monies paid in advance will be
returned via PayPal up to 60 days before Check-in.

Less than 60 days prior to arrival: EUR 50 cancellation fee
Less than 30 days prior to arrival: EUR 100 cancellation fee
Less than 15 days prior to arrival: EUR 200 Security Deposit will not
be returned.


Minimum rental stay: 3 days
Maximum rental stay: 15 days
