§ Our apartment is situated in a prime location, surrounded by picturesque neighborhoods, parks, near the Old City, the Great Synagogue, city center, city hall, the Jerusalem Theatre, President’s residence, American, French and other consulates, old churches and monasteries, business, restaurants, cafes as well as famous landmarks and attractions of Jerusalem.
§ Quiet, cosy and private, it is off the street, surrounded by a lush garden bordered with neighbor gardens only. Close to everything but hidden away.
§ There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. All the dishes are dairy. Meat dishes (disposable) and cooking pots can be provided.
§ One bedroom has a double bed, the other has 2 single beds . A baby couch can be provided.
The living room sofa is also a pull-out bed.
§ Bedrooms are air-conditioned.
§ 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub/shower.
§ Washing machine and dryer.
§ Cable TV. Internet access 2.5 speed+wireless.
§ Bus stops just around the corner on Keren Hayesod St. and on nearby King David St.
§ Parking is about $1 per hour between 8am - 7pm (free on Friday afternoon and Saturday). There is also some free parking 5 minutes away.
§ For short term rental the price is $150US per day.
· Telephone & electricity are charged according to metered bills.
· The apartment is also available for long term rental, e.g.: $2,400 US per month.
· Please note that prices may change from time to time and it is advised to make reservations as early as possible especially for the summer, holidays, etc.
· Limousine service from the airport by a reliable person can be provided.
