Featured as the Hide-Away cottages on the web site, are our latest tree top, luxury suites, built high up 4-5m up, right on the edge of deep indigenous forest valley overlooking the mountains and dense forest, a king/queen size bed, with en-suite shower and a JACUZZI/SPA bath, enclosed in glass on thedeck, with just the BEST view's..day or night you can put some complimentary smellie's in and bubble away!

The deck has a hammock and the furnishings...beautiful.These cottages have a cozy fireplace for wintry nights, as I have said we do have a supply of dry firewood and all the luxuries needed to make your stay pleasant.

The cottages are about 10/15mins out of Knynsa on the Cape Town side, are private and safe i.e. we do not even have anybody coming to ask us for a job!

The loudest noise is probably the fridge..besides the birds
and bee's..we are on a tar road !..cottage's are serviced daily(exp Sun and Pub hol's).

We also have classy, two bedroomed beautifully decorated, contemporary African cottage, decorated in earthly tones with large wooden decks on them, overlooking the Outeniqua mountain range surrounding Knysna and the deep, dense indigenous forest valley's..AWESOME VIEW'S!..there is a swimming pool with a large deck and seating in the pool, for a great cool off!

Whilst preparing a Webber BBQ, laze in one of the hammocks?, sipping sundowners looking out over the lovely views,and listening to the sound's of the wild.. the cottages have DSTV,operated by remote.

We supply crispy, fresh, good quality bedding and towels, toilet rolls, the dish washing cloths and liquid, all the modern amenities are in the kitchen, incl microwave, small oven, fridge, kettle with limited tea and coffee and a cozy fireplace and so on!, during winter we have a supply of firewood @R40 a grain sack full, cottages are serviced daily(except Sun and pub hol's) the web site www.forestvalley.co.za will allow you a closer look at these cottages.

We have a min booking of two ngt's in these cottage's suites, as one ngt is to short to absorb all it has to offer!..really.. you just get here and you must leave by 10am!the next morning,as we will have another booking comming in!..unless you really can't?

This is a very private 2 bedroomed fully equipped chalet with private garden, dining deck, braai and splash pool
Lounge (DSTV) dining room, kitchen, romantic bath and shower.

Cost includes daily cleaning and all braai wood
