Firepit on beach. Walks along the beach. Unbelievable sunsets! Just bring your food and bathing suit!

Rents weekly May 2009 through September 2009. Rates $1800-$3400/week. Availble by month or by week Oct. 2009-May 2010 at $4000/month or $1500-$2200/week.

All utilities are included in the rental with the exception of the phone. Rate includes cable, wireless internet, electric, gas, water, and trash. No pets, smoking or garage.

Rental Policy

Security deposits required:
$500 rentals less than 2 months
1/2 month for 2-5 month rental
Full month of rent for 6-8 month rental

Cleaning fee deducted from security deposit for any rental 2 months or longer
