Beautiful completely furnished cottage with stained glass windows, fireplace, new appliances, carpet, flooring and paint. 2 balconies and beachfront patio with table and chairs and unbrella. Firepit on beach. Walks along the beach. Unbelievable sunsets! Just bring your food and bathing suit!

Available during off-season Oct. 2008-May 2009. Two-seven month rental is $4000/month. Full eight month lease saves $500/month. Lease now for $3500/month. Availble by month or by week Oct. 2008-Dec. 2008 at $4400/month or $2000/week. Also rents weekly begining June 2009 through September 2009. Rates $2500-$3400/week.

All utilities are included in the rental with the exception of the phone. Rate includes cable, wireless internet, electric, gas, water, and trash. No pets, smoking or garage.

Rental Policies

Security deposits required:
$500 rentals less than 2 months
1/2 month for 2-5 month rental
Full month of rent for 6-8 month rental

Cleaning fee deducted from security deposit for any rental 2 months or longer
