Enjoy the quiet, laid back atmosphere of a small privately owned complex less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. Our large cheerful 2-story villa is always exceptionally clean and well maintained. On site owner.

Villa has lots of amenities: Quality queen beds ~ Fully equipped kitchen ~ Comfortable furniture ~ Dining area with a view ~ Tile throughout ~ Lots of floor to ceiling glass walls plus door walls ~ Wrap balcony upstairs ~ Private courtyard down ~ Computer with digital Internet service + wireless encrypted network ~ 3 cable TV's ~ DVD ~ Linens ~ beach towels ~ beach chairs & toys ~ bikes ~ BBQ grills plus everything else you might need while at the beach.

Downstairs bedroom suite includes a seating area, 1/2 bath, seperate entrance.

PETS
2 Well-behaved family pets are always welcome…We have no weight restrictions.

SMOKING: Allowed on covered balconies and in courtyards. There is NO smoking allowed inside the villa.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: Sleeps up to six people. Queen-size bed in master bedroom, double sleeper sofa plus queen sleeper in the living area, and a queen size bed in the downstairs bedroom

LOCATION: Our complex is located at 2300 S. Atlantic Ave. on the corner of 13th. and Atlantic Avenues. We are centrally located and convenient to all the shopping and restaurants.

CLOSE ATTRACTIONS: A short, convenient drive to all the restaurants and shopping in the area. Close enough to all the Central Florida parks and sights to see any one of them as a comfortable day trip. Drive to Disney for the day, St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, Canaveral National Seashore (at your back door), Bok Tower, Turtle Mound, Silver Springs, Daytona Speedway (half hour), a variety of great golf courses, plus another endless number of things to fill your leisure hours. And don't forget the beach just a few short steps away.

Rental Policy

Full refund if reservation cancelled 30 days or more prior to your arrival date.

Smoking inside unit warrents forfeture of entire security deposit. Covered courtyards and balconies available for smoking.
