Enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery in the heart of golf and wine country. Our sunny mild climate means all season recreation: skiing, boating, golfing, swimming, fishing and hiking.

Relax in our tastefully decorated vacation home with expansive windows to take in the view, or BBQ and play on our spacious deck and lawn.

Our fabulous location can't be beat. Enjoy our large private sand beach, right next to a wildlife sanctuary, which begins the lovely waterfront boardwalk to downtown. Walk, roller blade or bike to free outdoor concerts, shops and restaurants. Your kids will love this! Our level lot is safe for kids and seniors with no rocks and shallow water which warms up nicely in our bay.

Our modern kitchen has all the conveniences you expect. Three bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth has a single/double bunk.

The sundeck is off the dining room (seats up to 8), living room and master bedroom. You may want to end the day with a wiener roast at the beach fire pit or walk to a wide array of nightlife including the Lake City Casinos in The Grand Okanagan hotel.

Ours is the first house, on the first private beach, north of the Grand Hotel/Casino and City Park. It's at the end of the lovely waterfront boardwalk, right after the wildlife sanctuary, where the osprey viewing platform is.

The Okanagan Valley boasts in Kelowna first class amenities -
a vibrant arts and cultural scene, fine dining, great shopping
and an airport for travel convenience.
Yet for those wanting to explore further a 10 minute drive
rewards with spectacular vistas, orchards and vineyards.
Come, spend an enchanting day tasting award-winning wines
or challenge yourself on one of several championship golf courses.

Rental Rates

CAD 465.00 to CAD 2,780.00 per week

As per Kelowna bylaw,30 day minimum rental contract.

*Pay for two weeks and get two for free. *Our monthly rates are equivalent to the two week rate for comparable properties.

There are two contracts available for Summer 2007 :

June 28 to July 28, for C$11,900 * (regardless of the number of days that the renter is on site) (*That's equal to the 2 week rate for comparable properties.)

August 4 to September 4, for C$10,500 * (regardless of the number of days that the renter is on site) (*That's equal to the 2 week rate for comparable properties.)


Outside of the summer, rentals can begin and end on any day of the month, as long as it is a 30 day or longer interval.

For example only:

June, September C$ 5,900 per month
May C$ 3,900 per month
April, October, December C$ 2,900 per month
January, February, March, November C$ 1,995 per month

If you wanted the last half of April and the first half of May, the rate would be ½ X ($2900 + $3900) = $3400.

Prices include: all utilities (heat, A/C, phone, cable TV, high speed internet, electricity). You pay no taxes.

Long Term: $1995 monthly (plus utilities) September thru June.

Other arrangements? Always flexible, please inquire.

Booking deposit: 30%. Balance due 3 months before arrival.
Smoke free. Pet free. Occupancy limit. All strictly enforced.
Security deposit: Yes. Forfeited if above rules are broken.

Cancellation Policy: If the cancelled time is subsequently booked, there will be a refund of monies paid, less $150.
