Ck in 3 PM - Ck out 11 AM; Late Check out $50 fee until 2:30 PM. A 100 security Deposit (Refundable) Returned after 3 days of the ck out date. A $75 weekly & weekend electricity fee and a $75 cleaning fee. Customer care: We meet you at your car rental & escort you to our property. Credit cards payments must be done by Pay Pal, please add 3%
