Minimum stay is two nights at $650. Each additional night is $200. Rent is based on an occupancy of a maximum of 4 people. $800 deposit and short-term lease required. Memphis in May and COGIC rates are slightly higher. Cleaning fee applies if condo not left as clean as received.
