Located near Blackwater Wildlife Refuge, and Hyatt Chesapeake Resort, enjoy crabbing, fishing, golfing, antiquing, canoeing, kayaking, biking and great seafood restaurants. Rental Policies

1.This home rents from $4,250.00 to $4,750.00 per week.

2.Minimum three days stay required.

3.Inquire about our holiday week rates.

4.Refundable Security Deposit of $500.00 required.

5.Non-refundable deposit of $1,700.00 required to
confirm reservation.

6.Payment in-full must be paid one week prior to arrival.

7.Check In Time: 3pm Check Out Time: 11am.

8.Other fees: Telephone long distance charges.
