You can feel comfortable and relaxed in the immaculate, clean spacious environment. With cathedral ceilings and fully air conditioned to keep you cool, while you rest and recuperate. Alternatively, if you want fun, enjoy our separate games room with a pool table, air hockey table, and many fun games.

Located at Emerald Island Resort
=================================
Emerald Island Resort, Kissimmee, Florida. This prestigious, five star, 24 hour manned, gated community is the closest to Disney World and yet just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Any closer to Disney and you would be in the car park.

The Great Room
==============
Feel comfortable and relaxed in the main living area which has been tastefully furnished. The room benefits from two large comfortable sofas, coffee table, intimate lighting and entertainment centre, including Cable TV, DVD, CD stereo, plus an assortment of reading material.

Kitchen
========
Fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer including ice maker, twin sinks, dishwasher, blender, toaster and all the utensils you would expect in your own home, to either produce a quick snack or a la carte meal.

Diner
======
Conveniently situated at the end of the excellent kitchen bar with a view over the pool and conservation area at the rear of your home. A good place to eat together as a family.

= Bedrooms =

Master Bedroom
===============
Decorated in a relaxing pale green, this bedroom has a King Size Bed and an en-suite bathroom with patio doors leading directly to the Pool and Spa. There is, in addition, an alarmed door that leads from the large deck directly into the en-suite, enabling you to shower and change straight from the poolside. The room also has a large walk in closet and a TV.

Guest Master Bedroom
====================
This bedroom has a Queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, including shower. In keeping with our use of color, this room is a serene lilac. The bedroom is situated at the front of the house and benefits from being the coolest room. There is a floor to ceiling closet along the length of one wall.

Bedroom 3
=========
This bedroom has twin beds, is decorated with the emphasis on a sports theme and is a striking blue. There is a choice of 3 different bedcovers for this room; a set more suited for boys, a set for girls, and a final set for those who are a little older and who may not appreciate 'Bob the Builder'!

Bedroom 4
=========
Decorated in contemporary pink, this room has a double bed. As with all of our bedrooms there is a large closet.

All Bedrooms...
=================
All rooms have nightstands with bedside lamps and chest of drawers. Electrical sockets can be found in every room, to enable you to use any of your families personal electrical items. In addition, there is a crib/cot with linen, together with a high chair, these are all provided free of charge.

Additional Sleeping
=====================
The sofa in the great room can be converted to use as a queen size sleeper if required.

= Pool / Spa and Games Room =

Pool
=====
Have a dip in the child safety screened, south-facing, heated pool, or refresh all those tired muscles in your private heated Spa. Then just relax and read your favourite book on the extended deck around the pool, with stunning views over 11 acres of wooded conservation area.

Spa
====
The spa, as you can see, is in the corner of the lania area and at the end of the pool. It is screened by hibiscus bushes for your privacy and to provide shade in the evening. It comfortably seats 6 people. When the spa is running it flows gently into the pool. This is a nice spot to have a quiet drink in the evening. We have provided patio furniture and poolside utensils for your families safety.

Games Room
===========
If you want fun, enjoy our separate games room with a pool table, air hockey table and many games. There is a selection of cuddly toys for the very young. We have found in our own family that the young and old have spent many hours in the games room. These should keep the children (and young-at-heart adults!) entertained whilst at home!!! If you should need to do any laundry there is both a washing machine and tumble dryer.

We think this is just the place to stay, you can visit all that Florida has to offer.
