This 2,800 square foot South Lake Tahoe vacation home is surrounded by large pine trees and attached to United States National Forest Land making a peaceful setting. It's convienent location gives you easy access to skiing, the Casinos and the Lake!

This home is located in the convenient Nevada South Tahoe community Round Hill, only 5 minutes from Casinos, Heavenly Ski Resort, restaurants, shopping and the beach. All new furnishing have been added to the house in 2007. There are expansive decks, including a private deck from 4 of the 5 bedrooms.

The floor plan of this home is designed for entertaining. As you enter, at ground level (no stairs) you walk directly into the bright living room with a vaulted wood paneled ceiling. The living room is attached to the fully stocked kitchen, laundry and powder room. The family room is down one flight of stairs and is well-appointed with large leather sofas, perfect for kicking back and relaxing with the large screen TV. A large deck with private covered hot tub is located right off the family room.

The large master suite with a doorwall opening to a private deck has a peaceful view of the beautiful pines. The master bedroom has a California King size bed. The master bathroom has double vanity sinks and a large shower.

Also on the 2nd level are two additional bedrooms and one bath. The second bedroom has one queen bed and the third bedroom has two queen beds.

The fourth and fifth bedroom are on the 3rd level. The fourth bedroom has a set of bunk beds and the fifth bedroom has one queen bed. These bedrooms share another bathroom. Last but not least on this level is a state of the art projection screen theatre room with stadium seating. The room is equipped to watch TV/Cable and play DVDs with a surround sound system that will blow you away!

There is parking for two cars in the garage and four cars in the driveway, six total parking spaces. Included with the home is high speed internet and free local calling.

A property manager is located nearby for check-in and check-out and can assist if any problems arise with the home. Sorry, no smoking and no pets - strictly enforced.

Arrival Times

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM sharp. Late check-outs up to 5:00 PM are available; provided we have no check-ins on the day of your departure for an additonal $150 fee, arranged in advance.
