Summer Weekly rates 7/1/08 through 9/1/08 are $3185.00

Off-season weekly rates 9/2/08 through 10/1/08 are $2401.00

Weekly rates include:

-A fully refundable $300 security deposit reimbursed 10 business days upon check out provided the home is left in relatively the same condition as when you arrive!

-Complimentary pet rent up to 2 well behaved, well groomed pets (a $156.80 value!)

-Lodging/service taxes

-Cleaning fees

-A complimentary $100 Safeway gift card (can be used at all Safeway locales-use it for gas, food or pay it forward to a friend!)

-1 complimentary bottle of red or white wine

-Complimentary light snacks, soft drinks, 1lb of whole bean coffee, herbal teas, sweeteners and creamers for hot beverages on arrival

With one of the most spectacular beaches on the Washington Coast just outside your door, your days will be busy with beach combing, clam digging, kite flying, or just walking the miles of pristine beach. At the end of the day you'll appreciate relaxing in the hydrotherapeutic spa (provided by Clearwater Spas) before you retire inside for the evening to enjoy a movie from the expansive video selection of over 300 movies or up to 25 movie channels on DIRECTV!

Joey's Beach House has 3 bedrooms, two downstairs and the Master Bedroom upstairs and can sleep 9 adults comfortably and up to 10 if needed.

One bedroom downstairs includes an exquisite queen sleigh bed with matching furniture that leads out to your private deck and hot tub. (Sleeps 2)

One bedroom downstairs includes two full beds with Asian inspired designed beds and furnishings. (Sleeps up to 4 adults)

Master Bedroom includes an extraordinary King Size bed with custom furnishings throughout. All beds include premium plush mattresses and bedding. 5 star quality linens throughout the home! (Sleeps 2)

An additional dreamer fold out bed is located in the living room ottoman in the great room along with a mission style couch and chaise lounge (Sleeps 1-3)

Pet spa package is available upon check-in that includes dog treats, towels, throw sheets and poos bags. Maximum of 2 well groomed and well behaved pets allowed in Joey's Beach House!

Availability Calendar

Rental Policies

Cancellations must be provided 14 days prior to your scheduled stay. If you decide to cancel within this period, you can use your existing deposit of $300.00 for a future reservation good up to one year. Cancellations provided after the 14 day cutoff are forfeited and can not be returned.

Gift cards are not issued until scheduled in-person check-in with the host of North Beach Vacation Rentals (Photo ID required). Reservation must be paid in full 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in with a valid Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express card. Personal checks, money orders, cash and bank drafts are not acceptable and will not be honored as forms of payment for this special. You must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation at Joey's Beach House. Joey's Beach House and North Beach Vacation Rentals accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen gift cards once they are officially issued at check-in. Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Minimum stay is 2 nights
Minimum stay during a holiday period is 3 nights
A $300 Security Deposit and $85 cleaning fee is required to hold a reservation. The rest of your bill is due 14 days prior to check in.
