Additional Rate and Deposit Information

$600 per weekend. Check in Friday 3P our Sunday 1pm. Each extra night is $100.
$800 per week. Prefer Friday or Sunday check in for weekly renters

April - May/Sept-Oct
$400/weekend; $50 each additional night; $600 per week

May 25- Sept 4
$800/week; $600/weekend $100 each extra night
$250 refundable security deposit required
Additional charge for holidays
No additional cleaning fees. We cover cleaning fees if you leave our home the way you find it.
