Seabrook Island is truly a "little slice of heaven" and our completely renovated villa is the perfect spot for exploring the island. There's plenty to do...or nothing at all! Whether you come to relax or have an adventure, you're sure to enjoy!

Property Details

Sealoft villas are A-frame in design with vaulted ceilings and lots of deck space. Our villa was completely renovated in 2007 and we partially enclosed the loft and added a third bathroom, making it unique to this complex. There is "NEW" everything...kitchen, baths, flooring, appliances, decking and stairs, doors and windows and most of the furnishings.
Our Sealoft offers a comfortably furnished living area with adjoining kitchen and dining for six. The upscale kitchen has been enlarged and reconfigured to maximize comfort and workspace. A silestone counter, over-sized cabinets and stainless appliances are just a few of its features. It is fully furnished with all of the comforts of home.
Two bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom offers a pillow-top king bed with an adjoining and completely redesigned private shower/bath. The other bedroom offers a queen bed with an adjoining private tub/bath. Upstairs, the newly converted, quiet loft has two twin beds and a full shower/bath--unique to Sealoft.
New flooring throughout includes a combination of hardwood laminate, tile and carpet. For added comfort, ceiling fans are in every room. There are three private decks from which to enjoy the sights and sounds that abound. You'll love the terrific views.

The Sealoft community pool is right outside our villa, and the beach is only a short walk. As our guest, you have the use of the Seabrook Island Club where you can enjoy two Robert Trent Jones golf courses, 15 Har-Tru tennis courts, two large pools, a fitness center, and several club restaurants, one of which is ocean side.

Rental Policies

Please add 10.5% sales tax. A cleaning fee is included in weekly rentals. Nightly rentals are available upon request. A $300 security/damage deposit required when making reservation.

Arrival Times

The villa is available for occupancy at 4:00 PM--day of arrival.

Rental Rates

$1,000.00 to $1,600.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Summer--weekly rentals only. Nightly rates available upon request Tax (10.5%) and a 3.5% reservation fee will be added. Minimum 3-night rental or cleaning fees will be charged. Cleaning fee is included in rental. A $300 security/damage deposit is required to book your reservation.
Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years: rates on request.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed upon.
