Property Details

Three Bedroom Main House ; two ensuite with king size beds and private bathrooms, the third bedroom has two twin beds and an adjacent bathroom. The two ensuite bedrooms are in a separate structure united to the main living area with covered patio space. The master bedroom has air conditioning. Each of the three bedrooms has a hunter fan.
Large outdoor eating area with dining table and food preparation area including sink, BBQ, electric grill and refrigerator.
Large and very well equipped kitchen including Viking Induction Cooktop and Amana Stainless French door refrigerator. High end cooking utensils are provided. The kitchen has one hunter fan.
Laundry and storage rooms between kitchen and covered parking. Laundry includes washer and dryer.
Large dining room off of the kitchen with two hunter fans.
Spacious Livingroom with seating for ten has a hunter fan and is completely surrounded by glass windows with views of the ocean.

There is a Single detached Cottage with 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. Cottage is available to accommodate 2 additional people, or as a separate rental. Cottage has direct beach access from the lawn. Cottage is available separately without the use of the pool and other facilities but is generally rented with the main house for parties of seven or eight. The cottage has a small but complete kitchen with dining area. The living area is surrounded by glass windows with views of the ocean and seating for four. The ensuite bedroom has two extra-long twin beds that when combined together form a king size bed. The bathroom is private with access only through the bedroom. Ceiling fans throughout. There is a private patio surrounded by flowering tropical plants adjoining the cottage.
