Property Details

The holiday apartment accommodation is in the small village of Castiglion Fosco in the Comune Di Piegaro,Umbria, Italy It overlooks a valley flanked by wooded hills, olive groves and vine yards. In the summer months the valley is a sea of yellow sunflowers.
The scenery is stunning and totally unspoilt. The view to the rear looks across the valley to the village of Collebaldo.
Castiglion Fosco, with its typical Umbrian Etruscan church and lookout tower that is lit up at night, is the larger village and merges in to Collebaldo both are set into the hillside.
A four metre long balcony that is accessible through French doors from the lounge.

The holiday accommodation has two large double bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom on two levels. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is separate shower room and toilet. The lounge has a bed settee which makes the accommodation capable of sleeping 6. Both the lounge and kitchen have open fires and logs are available for the winter months, although there is full gas central heating if needed. The kitchen/diner is fully fitted and bright and airy with a dishwasher, Fridge/freezer, electric fan oven, a gas hob and an extraction hood. It also boasts, as with all the other rooms, high beamed ceilings that slope up with the pitch of the roof.

There are 2 allocated, off road, parking spaces outside, under the shade of olive and fir trees.

Easter & Christmas rates are high season as in July/Aug. Apartment must be vacated by 10.00 am day of departure.

20% deposit (non - refundable) secures booking. Balance due minimum 4 weeks before arrival. Discounts for monthly and 3 monthly lets. 10% discount to fill late availabilities and cancellations.

£100 security deposit, refundable after house keepers visit.
