Whether you share our passion for cooking or you just want to reheat some of the delectable delights you have picked up from the numerous food shops or at our local street market, you will find all that you need.

The newly renovated bathroom contains a shower, toilet and basin with a warn radiator to heat your towel. The bedroom contains one double bed . You will find plently of space to unpack your bags and put your things away in the walk-in hanging closet.

WIFI Internet access is provided as well as free int calls and Private TV channels. TV is 27" which makes it ideal to watch your favourite movie. HI FI is provided with 80watts per speaker, usb port for you to bring your favourites mp3 music, plug in and listen.

Kitchen is brand new, nice retro design, wooden surface and white furtniture and very clean, fully equipped with mini oven/grill, w/m, fridge and plenty of kitchen utensils and lots of storage.

Rental Policies

Payment via Paypal or bank transfer.
If the booking is made within eight weeks of the letting the whole of the rental payment is payable either by Paypal or bank transfer before forwarding your booking form.

If the booking is made prior to eight weeks of the letting a rental deposit of 25% of the rental sum is to be paid either by Paypal or bank transfer and the booking form either posted or faxed. The remaining balance of the rental sum is then due eight weeks prior to the letting.

Arrival Times

Arrival time is at 16.00 onwards. There might be times when you will be able to come in earlier and drop your luggage but that is not guaranteed. Departure is at 10.00 at the latest. This is to allow time for the cleaning person to go in and leave the apartment ready for the next guest. Again, there are times when you will be able to stay in until later, please check this with me when you arrive.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Minimum 3 days stay
All bills included. Cleaning, bed and bathroom linen and general apartment servicing is included too.

Hire of laptop computer: 30Euros per week

There is a 20% additional charge during Xmas season (21 Dec 07 to 06 Jan 08)
