This 2200 sq ft home is on one of the finest beaches on Hilton Head Island. "North Forest Beach" is one of the most sought after vacation spots because of its proximity to “Coligny Circle” the downtown of the island where you can get unique gifts to groceries or join the night time festivities. Go to the end of our street and it is just a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride on one of the bike paths that roam all over the island. This home features 3 bedrooms/2 baths and can sleep 6-10 people comfortably. It is located on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a very private backyard with the beach only steps away!

Whether you are one family or a corporate retreat there is lots of room to spread out. This home has a large living room with 3 couches (2 of which are queen pull out beds). A large wide screen TV with 1000 watt surround sound. Cable TV, DVD, VCR players and a PLAY STATION 2 are all in the entertainment center along with puzzles and games. Also in the living room you will find a game table and a business desk with a fax/copier. The house has high speed secured wireless Wifi and a large laundry room. You can also enjoy a beautiful fully equipped new kitchen and dining room that over looks the Carolina sunroom and backyard. The Carolina sunroom has 3 skylights and glass surrounding 3 sides for that indoor/ outdoor feeling. It features an eating area and a living area complete with a flat screen TV for the sport enthusiast or a quiet cup of coffee and the paper (included with your rental) in the morning.
