Rental Policy
No penalty will be given for cancellations received 30 days or more prior arrival.
Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior arrival will be charged 25% of the total amount.
Cancellations received between 14 and 07 days prior arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount.
Cancellations received 06 days or less prior arrival will be charged 100%.
In order to guarantee your reservation we require a 50% of the total amount due as down payment upon acceptance of your booking and the total amount must be paid 30 days before the arrival.
