This home is the highest ski mountain access property adjacent to the gondola.

Property Details

Gondola Run is a new home finished in 2005 located under the Gondola with some of the best views anywhere in Steamboat. In addition to the 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths, we have a 2500 sq foot deck with sufficient patio furniture to accommodate all your guests. The deck has a 4 burner grill and an 8 person hot tub. The deck connects to a heated porch that wraps the entire house so you can get virtually views from every direction. The ski-out staircase is equipped with a private ski rack, so you don't have to lug your skis down to the mud room. The mud room is equipped with boot and glove warmers, cubbies, and sufficient seating, coat and ski racking for all your guests.

The entire house is wired for high speed internet connectivity. Wireless connectivity is also available inside and in most areas on the deck area. In addition, we have a computer, color printer and fax machine, desk area and paper shredder for your use as well. If you got lost once or twice, don't you worry. The entire house has a hands-free intercom system.

2 of the 6 bedrooms are Masters which have air jacuzzi tubs and steam showers. One has a King size bed the other a Queen. 2 other bedrooms have Queens, one has 2 twins and the last is a bunk bedroom which has 8 bunks. The bottom bunks are full beds, so they can easily accommodate 2 small children. There are no pull-out couches or futons.

The kitchen and dining area are nothing short of great. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any dish. It has a 48" Monogram refrigerator, 5 burner gas stove top, double ovens, and double dish washers. This is the only rental property on the Steamboat market that can feed, clean up after, and sleep 18 people. The dining, kitchen, and living area are all adjacent to one another in an open format, making socializing enjoyable for everyone. The dining room is sided by a 1500 bottle wine cellar, making your dining experience nothing less than 5-star. (Sorry, but the wine cellar is for viewing only.)

The downstairs has a pool table, full wet bar with an ice maker, refrigerator and dishwasher. Don't feel like playing pool? Then come upstairs and hit the poker table or relax in the living room which has a 48" TV with surround sound, 2 couches, 2 love seats and additional seating on the 4 sided fireplace for those group activity planning meetings.
