We know you won't be disappointed if you stay in our 3bd/2ba vacation home that has an incredible location. We are located in Greenwood Forest, #6 Sweetgum Court, behind the Sea Pines Center where Truffles restaurant and many unique shops are located. If you choose to stay with us, you will be centrally located between Harbour Town (the lighthouse and shops) and the Beach; each is less than eight-tenths of a mile from the house. Either destination is only a short 5 minute bike ride, 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. Are you ready for the beach? You have access to the best beach on HHI, the Sea Pines Beach Club with the Tiki Hut Bar, Grill, and live entertainment nightly during the vacation season. Tired of the beach? Walk to Harbour Town, play golf on one of 3 different courses in Sea Pines. Golf not your thing? You can relax at our on-site swimming pool, play tennis at our unlimited-play tennis court, or shoot hoops at our onsite basketball court. If you have children, they will enjoy our local playground with swings, a teeter-totter, two club-houses, and much more.



Our newly redecorated 3 bedroom house is conveniently located and full of amenities. The 3 bedrooms have one king size bed, one queen size bed, and two twin size beds respectively. The master bedroom has its own master bath with a garden tub and the other two bathrooms share a Jack and Jill bath with a tub. The home is within walking or biking distance to the beach and Harbour Town (< 1 mile, walking/biking paths the whole way). In addition, there is a trolley stop that is less than a 5 minute walk. We have 3 bikes for your use at the house, 2 adult and 1 older child’s bike.



Our home is less than a #4 iron shot from the 6th Fairway of the famous Harbour Town Links, home of the Heritage Golf Classic. It is spacious and luxurious and has been newly decorated to your finest standards with new furniture and many amenities such as DVD players, a flat panel HD TV, a wonderful library, and many games. The oversized great room has cathedral ceilings, bay windows with views of the lagoon, and a loft. The sun room allows you to enjoy the Island atmosphere from inside. The three bedrooms have a King, Queen, and two twin beds respectively all with 400 thread count sheets for your maximum comfort. Outside of the house is a deck that stretches across the rear of the home with a large secluded back yard that has a beautiful view of the lagoon.
