Our Condo has a Full Size and Fully Equipped Kitchen with a Stove, Oven, Dishwasher, Food Disposal, Refrigerator, Bottled Water Cooler, Coffee Pot, Microwave, all the Small Appliances you will need and a Marble Breakfast Bar with Seating for 4. The Spacious Dining Room has a Beautiful Glass Top Dining Table with Seating for 6. The Spacious Living Room has plenty of Seating and a Flat Screen TV with Satellite and a DVD Player. The Living Room Dining Room Area features Huge Sliding Glass Doors to the Terrace!

Our Condo features Marble Floors, Countertops and Showers throughout! Each Room has Ceiling Fans, Individual A/C Thermostats to control the temperature in that room only and each Bedroom has its own Outside Entrance. The 2 Master Bedrooms have 2 Queen Beds in each, Sliding Glass Doors to the Terrace and a Large Sliding Window as well! There is also a Safe to keep your valuables in.

All 3 Bedrooms have Full Bathrooms with Plenty of Lighting, Large Mirrors and Large Tub/Showers with Crystal Glass Doors. The Half Bath off the Foyer has a Full Size Washer and Dryer. All 3 Bedrooms also have Satellite TV and DVD Players, Alarm Clocks, Reading Lamps, Ceiling Fans, Closets, Plenty of Drawers and Cabinets for your personal items and Individual A/C Thermostats to control the temperature to your comfort for that room only!

Bedroom 3 (Studio) has 1 Queen Bed, 1 Queen Size Futon and it also has its own Full Bathroom, Outside Entrance, 2 Large Sliding Windows, Mini Refrigerator, Small Microwave, Water Cooler, Coffee Pot and Safe for those that want to feel as if they have their own place or want Privacy. This is the 3rd Bedroom of the Condo but can be used as a Studio as well.

Rental Policy

Payment By: Bank Transfer, Wire, Money Order, Personal or Cashier Check.

50% deposit of the rental and a $300 USD refundable damage deposit due within 7 days of booking.

The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. Christmas and New Years weeks require 100% of rental and refundable damage deposit within 7 days of booking.

Cancellations should be in writing and effective when received. The rental and damage deposit, less a cancellation fee equal to $100 USD is refundable until 90 days prior to arrival date. 30-90 days of arrival are subject to a 30% surcharge of the rental. Less than 30 days of arrival are subject to a 100% surcharge of the rental. Christmas and New Years weeks are subject to 100% surcharge regardless of time of cancellation. If you have to cancel we will try to recover your amount by rebooking the dates less a cancellation fee of $100 USD. 100% of damage deposit will be refunded upon any cancellation.
