This unit located at 2595 Oceanfront Walk #4, San Diego, CA 92109 is a 3-4 bedroom / 2.5 ba, 3rd floor unit with 2 private balconies with ocean & jetty views, unit also has a semi-private patio area on the east side of the building. (perfect for watching the nightly firework show that Sea World does between Memorial Day & Labor Day) unit sleeps 10 people max. & has gated parking for 2 cars. The building does have an elevator. All 3 bathrooms were just totally remodeled in May 2007, all new living furniture purchased in July 2006, & hard wood floors & kitchen remodeled in Oct 2005.

Kitchen is fully equipped. Linens & bath towels are provided. Unit comes with a gas BBQ.

Deposit is due within 3 days from booking the unit. Rent & Tax are always due 60 days prior to arrival

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

During peak season which is June, July, & August each year, we require a Sat. - Sat. 7 night min. stay. Outside of those 3 months we only require a 3 night min. stay
