New townhome features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sofa that converts to a full-size sleeper. Internet, PS2, fully furnished kitchen and own private pool. Located 2 miles from Disney's Main Gate, minutes from shopping, restaurants and attractions.

Windsor Hills Resort community features a 12,000 sq. ft. clubhouse complete with a large lagoon styled swimming pool with water slide, movie theater, fitness center, game room and sundry shop. Other features include a castle-themed playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, putting green and RV parking area.

The most impressive feature is our location. Windsor Hills is the closest vacation home community to Orlando's world famous attractions and theme parks. It's less than 2 miles to the Disney Main Gate!! The Orlando/Kissimmee area has consistently ranked the #1 family vacation destination in the world. Easy access to I-4 makes the drive to Universal Studios, Sea World, downtown Orlando, and even East or West coast beaches a breeze. This town home is minutes from several shopping malls, including the Belz and Premier outlet malls. A variety of restaurants are nearby, ranging from fast food and delivery to gourmet upscale cuisine. Golfers - This town home is convenient to several championship and executive golf courses located within 3 miles of the resort.

Rental Policy

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.

$200 refundable security deposit is required immediately after confirmation in order to hold your reservation. The final payment is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival and is non-refundable at that point. (if booking a date less than 4 weeks away- payment and deposit should be made as soon as possible.

$200 pet deposit- All pets must be pre-approved!

The one-time $75 cleaning fee applies for all stays less than 7 nights. This cleaning fee is waived for rentals of 7 nights or longer.

$100 cash referral fee for renters who refer future renters staying at least 7 nights!!

Check in: 4:00 p.m, Check out: 11:00 a.m. Unless previous arrangements have been made
