Bethany Bay is located just off Route 26 four miles west of Bethany Beach and short distance to Holt’s Landing State Park, numerous restaurants and quaint shops.

Rental Policies

The Tenant agrees to comply with all condo rules that are listed in the condo documents available in the kitchen. Landlord will not interfere with Tenant's peaceful use and enjoyment of the condo.

The Condo shall be used and occupied by Tenant exclusively as a private residence for the tenant and any guests. Occupancy is limited to six persons with infants not included in that number. No smoking is permitted in the condo. No animals are allowed in the condo or on the porch.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Payment due in bank check or money order (or personal check if received 2 weeks in advance)must be recieved before the key is released. A security deposit of $100 is required in a separate check and will be returned after the property is inspected.
