Situated on a three acre oasis estate along the banks for the Santa Clara River, your group will not only have privacy - but plenty of room to relax and play right on the grounds.

With two pools, spa, outdoor basketball, a large game room, multiple large screen televisions, a large outdoor barbeque patio, outdoor kitchen, and the large lawns and grounds there is plenty to do without leaving the home. Of course, most groups will want enjoy one of the dozens of nearby golf courses, national and state parks, and other recreational activities near St. George Utah.

The home offers classic St. George style architecture and design, with enough bedrooms for everyone in your group to have their own private room. The large game room on the third level and large bunkrooms for girls on level 2 and for boys on level 3, and movie room on level 1 are great features of this fine property.

Level 3
Large game room with ping-pong, air hockey, treadmill; boy's room with 6 single beds (bunk style); one bathroom.

Shiny new kitchen with great appliances, granite counter tops, multiple refrigerators and freezers and fully stocked with dishes, pans, cooking utensils, etc. Pantry. The kitchen has a large dinning table - with room for more dinning on the indoor and outdoor pool patios.

Rental Policies

Add to Rate: Cleaning fee of $250 if home is not left in acceptable state.

Terms & Conditions:
All week rentals are for six nights; normal arrival is on Monday with departure on Sunday. All weekend rentals are for three nights. Longer rentals maybe available please call for details. Maximum number of guests is 35, this includes guests that choose to stay in a tent or RV. Deposit of half the rental fee is due upon booking.


Deposits
All reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance. Fifty percent (50%) of the total rental price is due upon confirmation of reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days in advance of stay. Reservations made within 30 days will not be confirmed without payment in full at time of initial reservation.

Refunds
All cancellations must be made at least 90 days in advance of your parties scheduled stay at the River Home to receive a full refund of your deposit, minus a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations made within 90 days of the scheduled arrive date will not receive a refund of their reservation deposit. Reservations may be changed to other available dates within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date without penalty.
