The Turnberry is a brand-new property with new furniture, appliances, kitchen supplies, and electronics throughout. Guests will enjoy two large-screen televisions, spacious living areas, well-appointed bedrooms with private baths, comfortable dining on a large indoor table or outdoor furniture on the deck overlooking the 5th fairway of the Homestead course. The Condo comes complete with a 2-car garage, full kitchen and bathroom supplies, Dvd/vcr, satellite TV, and air conditioning.

Top Level Master bedroom has a King sized bed with entertainment center. Master bathroom has a large jetted tub and European shower and a large walk-in closet. The other bedroom has a Queen sized bed with a nice private bathroom.

Lower Level Large Family room with fireplace, entertainment center, and foldout sofa bed. The Large bedroom has 1 King size bed, entertainment center, and private bathroom. The smaller bedroom has bunk bed with a full/twin and a single bed. The lower level has a nice bathroom that guests in the small bedroom and living room can share.

Activities and Attractions
Activities near the Turnberry Condo are nearly limitless. Midway is centrally located near 90+ holes of championship golf, three world-class ski resorts, blue-ribbon fishing, snowmobiling, and boating locations, and premium shopping and dining in Park City and Heber. Guests can easily spend a number of weeks at the Turnberry Condo and never run out of new things to do.

Within 5 minutes...

The Homestead Resort has horseback riding, a natural hot springs crater for scuba diving, various swimming pools, championship golf, shopping, and restaurants. You can get scuba certified while you are here. During the winter the Homestead provide excellent cross-country skiing and snowmobile tours.

The Zermatt Resort has pools, shopping, and a variety of restaurants. This is a new resort and has an excellent concierge service called the “Adventure Haus.” They can arrange a variety of affordable outdoor adventures or rentals for you and your guests. Adventures include boating and water skiing/wake boarding on Deer Creek, fly fishing on private waters, mountain bike tours and rentals, skiing packages, snowmobiling packages, jeep tours, horseback riding, and other rentals.

Deer Creek Island Resort is less than 10 minutes away. They provide water-ski boat and wave runner rentals. They are open all summer and can be contacted by phone for reservations. Fly fishing and rafting on the Provo River. Heber Valley Historic Railroad called the Heber Creeper is located five minutes away. Cascade Springs, Timpanogos Cave, Bridal Veil Falls and the Sundance Resort Summer Theatre are all just minutes away.

Park City is about 20 minutes away; there you will find the Alpine Slide, shopping, factory outlet stores, and fantastic restaurants. Live plays and all kinds of activities.

Within 20 minutes...

You can access Deer Valley, Park City, The Canyons, and Sundance ski areas. Deer Valley is the closest with a gondola only 10 minutes from your front door. Brighton and Solitude, Alta and Snowbird are about 45 minutes away.

Tubing and cross-country skiing at Solider Hollow, an Olympic venue, has become a popular attraction in the wintertime.

Rental Policies

Add to rate: Cleaning fee of $150 if home is not left in an acceptable state Sales Tax & Hospitality Tax
Policies: All week rentals are for six nights; normal arrival is on Monday with departure on the following Sunday. All weekend rentals are for three nights during the high seasons. Longer rentals maybe available please call for details. Maximum number of guests is 12, children of the age of two and under are not included in this total. Deposit of half the rental fee is due upon booking. Rental Guests are expected to arrive no earlier than 2:00pm on the day of arrival and departure must be before 11:00am


Deposits
All reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance. Fifty percent (50%) of the total lodging price is due upon confirmation of reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days in advance of stay. Reservations made within 30 days will not be confirmed without payment in full at time of initial reservation

Refunds
All cancellations must be made at least 90 days in advance of your parties scheduled stay at the Lodge to receive a full refund of your deposit, minus a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations made within 90 days of the scheduled arrive date will not receive a refund of their reservation deposit. Reservations may be changed to other available dates within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date without penalty.
