This condo home is a well maintained, fully furnished unit located in the heart of Colorado's finest ski country. World class resorts of Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Keystone are just minutes away (a conveniently located free shuttle to the base of these mountains is available.) Internationally famous resorts of Vail, Beaver Creek, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland and Ski Cooper are all less than an hour away by private car.



From the condo, just a short walk will take you into the historic and lively town of Frisco Colorado with its shops and fine restaurants.



The condo features a private hot tub (located within the unit), a fully equiped kitchen with microwave, washer/dryer, necessary linens and paper supplies, color television, VCR, DVD, gas fireplace,barbecue grill, 5 bedrooms; (one with king size bed, two with queen sized beds, and two with twin beds.) Additionally, the living room includes a convertible (queen size) sofa. When you arrive with your gear, you will appreciate the fact that you have rented a first floor unit with parking available practically at your doorstep.

Rental Policies

To hold reservation, full payment is expected. Preferred method of payment is via "electronic check" We will provide instructions for transfer of funds. Rental payments may also be made by personal check (payments for last minute reservations must be made electronically.) See web site for cancellation policy.

Arrival Times

After 3 PM. Late check-in arrangements available. Directions and check-in instructions will be mailed upon receipt of payment.
