The Island View Hide-Away is conveniently located on the Lake Wisconsin waterfront midway between Madison and the Wisconsin Dells, just one and a half hours from Milwaukee and three hours from Chicago.

Beautiful views out the large livingroom windows look onto green, sandy islands and the undeveloped distant shores of the Wisconsin River as it opens up into Lake Wisconsin. Bring or rent a boat to explore the many channels, sandbars, and islands of the Wisconsin River and Lake Wisconsin.

Excellent fishing by boat or from your own pier for Walleye, Smallmouth Bass, White Bass, Catfish, Largemouth, Crappie, and more. Many nearby day-trip possibilities including the WI Dells, Devil's Lake State Park, Baraboo Circus World Museum, and so much more. Relaxing!

Rental Policies

Pets are permitted only with prior approval. $15/day per pet fee applies.
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 23 years of age unless they are part of a family group.
. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $250 is required. This must be received within two (2) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, if no damage.
PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of personal check, traveler’s checks, bank money orders, or cashiers checks payable to David Weber. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. If cottage is re-rented during the cancelled time slot, deposit may be refunded.

$950.00 to $1,350.00 per week

ay 1-June 16 & Aug 25-Oct 15, 2007 $1150/week . $575/3-night wkend
June 16-August 25, 2007 $1350/week . (High Season, no weekend rentals)Rates are for 1-6 persons. Each additional person is $15/night or $75/week
Each approved pet is $15 per day.
