Sugar Magnonia Cottaage is a 1200sft renovated 50's cottagestyle house bult to bring you "easy"
Bid-A-Wee Subdivision is centrally located and very convient .Flip-flop two blocks to our dedicated beach.
Feel safe walkin the neighborhood.
You'll ejoy the view of the emerald water and the powder-white sand. Never know when a ship may come in.
There is a heated outside shower upon your return.
The seated deck area has both ceiling fan and night lighting. Open living/dining/kitchen areas.Bedrooms are separated.Fenced back yard has newly sodded grass.
Bring a good book or two and your flip-flops. We'll supply the chairs./T.V. with HBO in each bedroom.
House is thoroughly cleaned between guests. Note that we use slip covers if there are children or pets to make their stay easier.
