Property Details

Our villa’s family room is a large room with a warm luxury feeling. A perfect way to relax after a busy day in Florida. The big screen television complete with cable is there for those evenings and days spent in. With a selection of channels (your going to need those weather channels to plan your days in the sunshine state) you have plenty to watch. If that’s not enough though, we have put a DVD player in as well. The sofa's add a comforting touch, you will spend many a night relaxing on these after your fun-filled day of your choice! With the room being attached to all the others in the villa, you will always be a call away from the rest of the family but with the size of the villa doesn’t make you feel that your be stepping on each others toes!!
The kitchen has everything your going to need for your stay in the “magnolia dream” with all the current kitchen equipment and some extras that will keep the holiday feeling throughout. For those early mornings we have included a coffee maker and for those who find it too warm for coffee, we have an automatic icemaker within our large fridge. Perfect for ice tea or soft drinks by the side of our pool!! With all dishes, cutlery and drink wear you will need, you won't need to get anything but your food.
Talking of food the luxury dining area is just calling you to dine! The restraint style glass top table, perfectly laid out, is just another way we have spoilt you. Eating in has never felt so special, now all you need is a waiter. (unfortunately not included!)
There is also a breakfast table that is just next to the kitchen that is more homely for those early mornings before you hit the attractions. Comfy chairs and a round matching table also laid out ready for you. It is perfect for that morning coffee or breakfast to plan your day.
The main master bedroom has a king size bed ready for blissful slumber. It has a walk-in wardrobe and a big television. Leading from the room, you have the en-suite bathroom. It has a luxury spa style bath and a roomy shower that is easy to use. Just opposite, is a 2 basined sink area, with full length across mirror so you won't get in each other’s way on those busy mornings. And to top it all off, it leads straight to our wonderful pool area.
The other master room has a queen size bed also just calling for that great nights sleep. The room has 2 bedside cabinets and a chest of draws and a large wardrobe. It has a television in the room and again leading from the room you have the en-suite bathroom. It has a bath/shower combo and one sink but it has that full size mirror. This also leads to our pool area.
The last double room in the villa is situated at the front of the house. It has a queen size bed and has a decorative arch style window south facing for them beautiful Florida mornings. It also has a television and a large wardrobe.
The first twin room is in a jungle theme. 2 single beds covered in animal print duvets. The younger members of the party will have a "wild" time in this room with jungle animals and pictures all around. This room has a chest of draws with a television.
The second twin room is a fantastic Disney themed room. Its perfect for those that are visiting the parks with children, keeping the magic alive for the whole holiday or even if your not visiting them, your children will still love the room none the less. “Mickey” and all his friends decorate this room perfectly with teddies and pictures and a stencil boarder. This room has a single wardrobe and a chest of draws with a “Mickey mouse” television!!
For ease, there is a bathroom just in-between these rooms. This bathroom brings the child out within you, with a “Mickey" shower curtain. It has one sink and a bath/shower combo.
All this and we have all the standard Villa essentials including:-
· Fully Air Conditioned,
· Child Cot, Child Safety Net for the Pool area which makes our Villa Family and Baby friendly.
· Kitchen equipment including Dishes & Utensils, Fridge/Freezer complete with Automatic ice maker, Coffee Maker, Microwave and dishwasher.
· All our bathrooms come complete with towels of all sizes.
· The Family room has Cable TV, DVD and Local Telephone facilities
· All Linen is included,
· There is a Washer and Dryer and Ironing board.
· Off road Parking,
· Games room with pool and foosball tables and a darts board.
Pool Area
We have the perfect way for you to enjoy the Florida sunshine with our 30ft pool. Its 5ft deep at its deepest and can be fully illuminated at night. If you just want to sit and enjoy the sun, we have a wide range of pool furniture including a table and chairs and loungers. The pool area is completely private and not overlooked, so feel free to relax and just enjoy. We have a childs safety net in the pool area, which goes across the edge of the lanai for your piece of mind. Also to the side of the pool area, there is a coal BBQ for you to enjoy.
Surrounding Area

The villa is situated in the "Orange Tree" community that is a beautiful place for you to stay in America. The Orange Tree Community also has activities for the family including Children’s Play Area, Tennis and Basketball Courts and a soccer Field. Even a Walk or morning Jog around the Community can be Relaxing.
Were do you begin with the attractions in the Orlando area?? (All of which are close to the villa)
You have the world famous "Walt Disney World" with their Fantastic Magical Parks of all types. Visit the Fairytale Land that is "Magic Kingdom" or have a wild time at "Animal Kingdom" There is also the Fantastic "MGM studios" or the educational "Epcot".
Fancy swimming?? Try "Blizzard Beach or Typhoon lagoon" also in Disney area.
There are still loads of Disney activities including "Downtown Disney" and "Pleasure Island"
Ride the Movies at the Amazing "Universal Studios" or for you thrill chasers out there visit "Island of Adventure" with the Death Defying "Duelling Dragons" or the city swinging "Spider-Man"!!!
"Sea World" is another excellent day out. "Shamu" and his friends put on fantastic shows and if you cant get enough, book a day at "Discovery Cove" and swim with the dolphins!!
Try many of the brilliant restaurants within the Orlando area. Seafood, buffet and fast food are all around with International Drive being a key place.
Shop-a-holic?? There are 3 main malls in the Orlando vicinity, all local to our Villa.
There are many Championship Golf courses around and local state parks for fishing, walking or out door activities.

POOL HEAT IS EXTRA AT £12.85 PER DAY.
STAYS OF LESS THAN 6 NIGHTS ENCURE A CLEANING FEE OF £40.
