Recently built and finished to a very high standard this traditional 3 storey Gozitan stone townhouse provides high-quality, comfortable holiday accommodation at the heart of one of the best villages on the island. An ideal place to relax in the sun and recharge the batteries!

On three levels this large townhouse has all a couple or family would want on this beautiful, unspoilt island. The sun terrace is furnished for sun worshippers and has a large barbecue and patio furniture ideal for al fresco dining. The ground floor has been fully furnished and is an additional large, modern and stylish living space, divided into utility and spacious living areas with comfortable seating, table and chairs for guests to 'chill out' after a long day on the beach, watching a DVD or playing games into the early hours.

The house is spacious with plenty of room for all to find their own space. Cooled by two powerful air conditioners (which also serve as heaters if required during the Winter months)Gozobliss provides the perfect 'home from home' experience. The village is quaint and the people warm and welcoming. Ghajnsielem has all the amenities guests need including bars and restaurants and is nearest to the main harbour

Victoria, the capital with its markets, restaurants and nightlife is only 10 mins from the house and all of Gozo's beautiful beaches and attractions are within a 15 mins drive. The closest beach is only a few mins away.

Whilst Gozo offers a 'quiet retreat' there is something for all on this island - including watersports, boat-charters, kayaking and scuba diving. Gozo is also a very popular holiday for walkers and cyclists, particularly during the cooler months.

Car hire is highly recommended on this island and is priced very competitively.


Bedrooms x3: The house has two double bedrooms and a bunk room. One double bedroom on the first floor is adjacent to the open-plan living area. A further two bedrooms can be found on the second floor - one with the en-suite shower-room and the other, a bunk room overlooks the beautiful sun terrace with day-long sunshine. All bedrooms have fans and are easily cooled using the two air-conditioning units in the house.

Bathrooms x2: The property has one large family bathroom on the first floor and an en-suite shower room from the Master Bedroom on the top floor. Both are finished to a very high standard and are served by a single immerser hot-water tank.

Kitchen: The solid-oak hand-made kitchen is made by local craftsmen and is of a very high quality and is furnished appropriately with Whirlpool appliances and utensils. The open-plan kitchen is generously equipped for those who enjoy cooking and boasts an electric fan-oven with gas hob, microwave with grill, toaster, electric kettle and more. Off the kitchen is a balcony from where guests can quietly observe village life pass by.

Dining Room: The dining area joins the living room as one large open plan living-kitchen-dining area and is equipped with a beautiful modern dining table and chairs seating 6 comfortably.

Living Room: Bright spacious and beautifully furnished open-plan living room with balcony. Beautifully finished with a modern 3 piece suite and high-quality furnishings. Air conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans. Air-conditioners on two floors double as heaters for the cooler months. A good stereo/cd player with a selection of CDs is supplied for use in the living area and a dvd/tv on the ground floor.

Have an early breakfast in the shade on the Balcony followed by a day of sun-bathing using the sunloungers and chairs on the fully equipped large Sun-Terrace. End the day with a barbecue and a few drinks watching the sun set over the village.
