A truly wonderful location has been created for you to enjoy your holiday to its fullest, the accommodation has been set in the grounds around the fantastic home of Paul & Diane.
With only 1 guest house & 3 rooms in the main house, you can enjoy a truly first class & personalised service.The emphasis here is YOU.
Enjoy sunbathing by the pool or laze the day away in a well shaded hammock, relax in the reading room or on the upper terrace over looking the pool & gardens.
JASMINE GUEST HOUSE.
Set in it's own garden with private terrace is a wonderful 1-2 bedroom guest house with stunning views overlooking the local river. The guest house is fully air conditioned & furnished to a very high standard. This accommodation offers a spacious double bedroom with french doors leading out to your own private terrace overlooking the river.
The lounge area has satellite TV, 3 peice suite.The sofa is also a bed sette & drapes have been provided enabling you to create a 2nd bedroom should you wish. The entrance hall has a seating area with storage space & built in wardrobes, Tea & coffee making facilities have been provided along with a fridge.
The bathroom offers a large rain shower, hot & cold running water, WC & wash basin.
MAIN HOUSE ACCOMMODATION
Available in the main house are double or twin rooms tastefully decorated, with air conditioning & ceiling fans, plus fridge. Each room has its own private balcony or terrace & private bathroom with solar power running water large rain shower WC & wash basin.
Guest have the use of the TV room,lounge & reading terrace in the main house. We do have a NO smoking policy although we do not object should you wish to smoke outside in the gardens.

Payment terms 50% deposit upon booking, NON REFUNDABLE & remainder 8 wks prior to arrival.
Credit Cards not taken at present.
10% luxury tax applies.
Peak season Minimum stay 7 nights.
