Our views from the lanai are postcard spectacular! Our condos are on the famous West Coast of Maui. We offer one bedroom with queen size bed, & a queen size comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room. We have a complete kitchen with washer & dryer.

Property Details

Valley Isle Resort Condos are located 150 feet from the ocean on the West Shore of Maui. "Maui no ka oi" means "Maui is the best" of the Hawaiian islands and the West coast is the best part of Maui. Sit on your private lanai and watch the whales play in the ocean in the winter or just enjoy the fabulous ocean and tropical gardens in the summer season. Conde Naste Traveler magazine voted Maui the best island in the world for years! Valley Isle has a beautiful beach, pool, BBQ, and is close to everything. Maui is just a casual collection of small towns with a peaceful way of life, car horns are only used to greet friends, posted store hours mean nothing if the surf is up and taking time to watch the sunset is a part of the daily routine. Even so, you will never be able to do all of the fun things that there are to do on Maui, from snorkeling in dormant volcanoes to swimming in the many waterfalls on the drive to Hana! The thrills are endless, any time of the year.

Amenities: Sunshine & Rainbows has two condos at the Valley Isle Resort: #401 and #402. Both have one bedroom with a queen size bed, both have a queen sized sofa sleepers in the living rooms, large lanai's facing the ocean, dining rooms, full kitchens including, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher all appliances including a washer and dryer and high speed internet access. The dressing room is separate from the bathroom. Linen is provided with the exception of beach towels. Both units are suitable for children. There is an outdoor pool, with a barbeque area next to it. Ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms, free on island telephone service, answering machine, HD LCD TV with VCR & DVD. Rooms are light and airy with open views.
Activities: There are basically two seasons in Maui: Winter is whale season and summer is water sports season. The amount of activities all year round is endless. The activities in Maui would be much better described as "adventures" than activities. If you are planning to try and do them all, you may want to rent for several months! Whale watching tours in the winter are the best. Your best bet is around December 16th through April 16th. You may see them before or after. Here are some of the other things to do: biking, boogie boarding, fishing, golf (great golf!), hang gliders, helicopter tours, hiking, horseback riding, kayaks, jet skis, land tours, lu'uas, ocean tours, parasailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, (especially in Molokini crater!), SNUBA, submarine rides with glass bottoms or windows, surfing, windsurfing, zipline, absolutely any kind of restaurant you could hope for, romantic sunset dinner cruises, and just so much more! The heart of the activities such as people watching is Lahaina, where there is more art than anywhere else in the world except Paris. Every holiday is a huge cause for celebration and the Polynesians have more holidays that you could possibly imagine. There are dinner shows, many art galleries, and fun restaurants to fine dining, clothing stores, jewelry stores and all sorts of stores to go through in Lahaina. Whaler’s village is not to be missed. Where else can you eat where the floor of the restaurant is sand? The stores in this area have some very amazing things to see. The drive to Hana (pack a picnic) is just fabulous. It is great to stop and swim in the waterfalls. Blue Pool is wonderful!! The road to Hana is an adventure in itself. Take a raft to Lanai or through the caves in south Maui. Play with the turtles and spinner dolphins. Do you know what a blowhole is? There are two and they are fabulous to see! Just don't look down them! Tour a tropical plantation, the beaches are endless, red, white, and black sand! Watching the locals surf and windsurf at Ho'okipa beach is an unbelievable experience. Area: Beautiful Kahana is a great location as it is so accessible to everything. It is on the West Coast of Maui. You can walk across the street to many restaurants including the world famous Roy's Restaurant, stores or art galleries. Stop by Dolly’s if you want a good quick dinner (think tropical cheers), and grocery stores are a couple of minutes in either direction. Kahana is a gorgeous town with beautiful tropical foliage. If you have had a long day of activities, just head down to the beach and watch the sunset, we have a different spectacular sunset show every night.

Rental Policies

Rates in US Funds

(1 to 4 guests)

April 16 to December 16 = $155.00 per night
December 16 to April 16 = $170.00 per night


Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Five night deposit per condo must be received within ten days of reservation. Payment in full 30 days prior to arrival.
All deposits forfeited if canceled, unless re-rented.

Monthly Rates

10% discount from all rates for reservations of 28 days or longer. Five night deposit to confirm within ten days of reservation;
50% of entire amount due 60 days prior to arrival.
Balance in full due 30 days prior to arrival. All deposits will be forfeited if condo is not re-rented.

Winter Reservations

Payment in full will be required by November 1. Cancellation policy for all winter reservations is the same as stated below for December 16 to March 1 reservations. There is a 7 night minimum between December 16 and January 10, & the month of February, exceptions possible when able to accommodate the time needed.

Payment Policy for December 16 through March 1

All reservations for the above dates must be paid in full by November 1. For reservations made after November 1, payment in full must be received prior to 10 days of the reservation. If the reservation is cancelled, all deposits will be
forfeited unless re-rented. If the reservation is made after November 1 and the deposit is received and then canceled, the deposits will be forfeited unless re-rented. All reservations without advance deposits will be subject to automatic cancellation
