The Garza Blanca Villa complex is built in the style of a Mexican village, beautifully landscaped and located on the ocean amidst lush tropical jungle, 7 km. south of Puerto Vallarta.

Property Details

Casa Del Oceano Azul consists of:

An air conditioned master bedroom
with balcony view of Los Arcos.
A king size bed and full en-suite
bathroom.
A second bedroom with air
conditioning,twin beds and en-suite
shower and toilet.
A lounge and dining area newly furnished
in traditional Mexican style.
A fully equipped kitchen.

The terrace includes a six person heated jacuzzi, sun loungers and table with a panoramic ocean view looking across Banderas Bay towards Puerto Vallarta and the mountains beyond. Ideal for whale, dolphin and sunset watching.

The villa is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the palm fringed, white sand beach of Palo Maria. Other beaches are close by with Mismaloya Bay being a 10 minute cab or bus ride away. Buses and cabs stop right outside the villas. The journey into Puerto Vallarta takes approximately 10 minutes. Current cab fare is 65 pesos, current bus fare is 5 pesos. Restaurants are located mainly downtown but your choice of meals can also be prepared by your personal cook within the villa at a nominal charge.

Rental Policies

Our reservation policy is 50% of the total accomodation cost paid at time of reservation.
The balance together with a damage deposit of US$100.00 to be paid
a minimum of 30 days before your arrival.
The damage deposit will be returned within 14 days of your departure subject to a clear damage report being obtained by us from Garza Blanca Management.

To protect both yourselves and ourselves we will require a rental contract to be completed at the time of booking.

Rental Rates

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

During the High Season (Oct.15 thru May 31) for stays of less than 6 nights,
the rate is $115.00 USD per night.The weekly rate is $800.00 USD.

During the Low Season (June 1 thru Oct.14) the rate is $90.00 USD per night
and $600.00 USD per week.
Bookings of more than four weeks duration are always negotiable.

These rates include daily maid service with the supply of fresh towels, bed linens, bathroom tissues and purified water, just as you would receive in a Hotel
