Condo ammenities include: A shared heated pool, spa and tennis courts. Plus easy walking distance to dining and entertainment. There is no lack of entertainment activity in this resort area. This Smoke-Free Condo has just recently had a Warm Tropical Palm style makeover, Thus giving you the look of South Florida. The decor includes new tile floors throughout, new lighting fixtures and new furniture. The 6th floor offers an awesome ocean view from the living room balcony and master bedroom window. Since the unit faces south, the balcony receives a good deal of sun, particularly in the winter months. Master bedroom has a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds. There are 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, cable TV in all rooms, and a DVD/VCR & Stereo in the living area.No need to pack heavy. You will find almost everything you could possibly need - - beach chairs, body boards, blender, dishes, ironing board w/iron, blowdryer, towels, and linens. You name it and we've provided it for your enjoyment. There is even a full washer and dryer in the unit.
