On the ground floor there is a sitting room with a log burning stove and television, a kitchen/dining room with an electric cooker, fridge and small freezer and a microwave and a utility room in which there is, in addition to a washing machine, a downstairs shower and lavatory. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom.

Linen and towels are provided. The property is centrally heated by an oil fired boiler. Electricity is included in the tariff.

Rental Policy

50% with the booking and 50% a month prior to arrival.

Arrival time between4.30-11.30pm Depoarture time by 10am

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

The property is available for either a full week let (commencing Monday or Friday), a mid-week break (Monday-Thursday inc.) or a weekend break (Friday-Sunday night inc.) in the Low Season and for weekly breaks in the High Season.
