Welcome to Vista Caribe S-5 Plaza Marina Playacar. Picturesque views are free from our newly remodeled beachfront condo, centrally located next to the ferry pier to Cozumel. Exquisite shopping, fine local dining and American fast food chains on popular 5th Ave. are one-half block away. Scuba diving, wet biking, parasailing, sky diving, championship golf, Mayan ruins tours and family entertainment at Xcaret can all be booked through our concierge service. Walmart is within walking distance for groceries, drinks and beach toys. The condo has a sleeper futon, sofa and satellite TV in the living area, a kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dual burner electric cook top, blender, coffee maker, plates, glasses and utensils, king size bed in the bedroom and access to common washer & dryer. The shower in the bathroom is separate from the vanity and sink. Bottled water w/ dispenser, towels and linens, soap and shampoo and twice weekly cleaning service are included. Mexico's most famous margaritas are served right downstairs, and our new 30’ balcony terrace provides the best ocean views in Playa. On site management can assist with any problems during your stay.
