The fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and GE profile appliances includes a separate dining area which seats 4, breakfast bar seating 2, and laundry area with washer/dryer. The living area provides a great space for entertainment or relaxation with a flat screen TV/DVD player with cable TV and a beautiful view of the ocean from the 20th floor. Rental Policy

Additional Fees: 10.5% tax, cleaning fee, and $250 refundable security deposit. Renters must be at least 25 years
